System: POLYUREA SUPERFLEX 441
Project Description: Electrical company of ISRAEL asked for a system for waterproofing of pools of water. The pools have been waterproof with an epoxy system without good results.

NCI and TAMBOUR LTD suggest to Electrical Company of ISRAEL polyurea system SUPERFLEX 441.
SUPERFLEX 441 polyurea system that is a continuous membrane without joints, with high Tensile Strength, hardness and elongation.
The system has been applied with high pressure machines (GLASSCRAFT MHIII /GRACO REACTOR H-XP3) in thickness of 3mm.
Process took place in 4 steps :
- The epoxy system has been removed by shot blasting machine.
- All the damage concrete has been repair with special construction materials from SIKA.
- All the surface has been primed with epoxy system that been supplied by TAMBOUR LTD (Epicatalac SL epoxy primer).
- SUPERFLEX 441 POLYUREA have been applied by high pressure machines in thickness of 3mm.
Electrical Company of ISRAEL now they are happy that the concrete of the pools it's now protected with polyurea and they do not have to worry about
corrosion or waterproofing of the pools anymore.
