NCI suggest to the owner polyurea base coat system POLYHARD 100 with top coat polyaspartic polyurea POLYCOLD S90.
POLYHARD 100 polyurea basecoat system that is a continuous membrane without joints, with high Tensile Strength, hardness, chemical resistance and elongation.
POLYCOLD S90 is a top coat system for polyurea base coat with very good color stability, chemical resistance, high hardness properties.
POLYHARD 100 base coat system has been applied with high pressure machine (GRACO REACTOR E-XP2) in thickness of 2.5mm. POLYCOLD S90 polyaspartic polyurea has been applied by roller in thickness of 150 microns.
Process took place in 5 steps :
- Concrete prepared by grinding machines.
- All the buck holes and cracks have been repaired.
- All the surface has been primed with epoxy system POLYPRIME EP450.
- POLYHARD 100 have been applied by high pressure machines in thickness of 2.5mm.
- POLYCOLD S90 color stable aliphatic polyurea have been applied in thickness of 150 microns.
After 24 hours the swimming pool was ready to be filled with water.
